In my days at catholic school, which turned me into an atheist faster than any secular school probably would have, we had a nun in the fifth grade who told us that if you bit into the Eucharist, blood would squirt out into your mouth.
I was raised Southern Baptist, so we didn’t have any of these obviously wrong ideas of the world, but I wonder if I would have become anti-theist quicker if I had ideas of cannibalism put in my head by my religious mentors.
